Okay, so all of a sudden CBD seems to be the "IT" product of the moment, right? Well there's a good reason.
I've had a few people recommend CBD oil ( plus I'm seeing it all over social media ), so I started doing a little research and the benefits are insane.
BUT before I get into that; let's talk about what it is and where it comes from.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol aka CBD is a compound found in weed / marijuana plants; however, CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning it does not produce a "high". The psychoactive compound associated with marijuana is called THC.
CBD alone contains ZERO THC.
Hemp-derived CBD, containing less than 0.3% THC, is completely legal in the US.
Why is it Beneficial?
CBD has been found to improve anxiety, depression, acne, stress, pain, inflammation and sleep disorders.
It has even been found to reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, bone disease, and help maintain brain health. There have been studies that have also shown a decreased risk of cancer.
I mean, crazy right!? These benefits are absolutely insane and are the reason I decided to start implementing CBD into my life.

I personally use CBD from New World Health Brands. My product of choice is the 500mg/60mL CBD Tincture that contains zero THC.
The only ingredients are:
+ CBD from organic hemp extracts
+ Organic MCT oil ( which we love - I always add MCT oil to oatmeal for the benefits! )

I prefer the tincture because you just drop some under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds then swallow. Simple as that. I'm also not a 'cherry flavor' kind of person, but surprisingly, I don't mind the taste at all!
