Anna Maria Playsuits

March 21, 2017

This spring break was definitely different than the typical college spring break I've taken in the past. It was much more laid back and relaxing ( which was super nice ). I stayed on Anna Maria Island with a small group of friends and we found a gorgeous house on Airbnb that was right across the street from the ocean. I enjoyed the local shops and atmosphere but most of my days were spent by the ocean or next to our saltwater pool. At night, we were either playing cards or went to the local dive bar to play pool. I'll be doing a full recap of my trip and where I went / what I did very soon, but for now I wanted to share with you two of my favorite playsuits from the trip.

I love this black floral romper that I bought at TJ Maxx ( I'm serious this store has everything ) that I wore as a swimsuit cover up. Peep the white strap underneath, which is my Triangl swimsuit that I talked about in my post on Naples and Marco Island. This romper, like most rompers, worked as a perfect beach coverup because it is lightweight and when the beach is windy ( last week was SO windy ) it didn't blow up in the wind like a dress would.

Now let's talk about my navy jumpsuit, which was my favorite look from the trip. I am obsessed with the lace see through details found over the knee and at the bottom of the leg, which creates a very unique look that I love. I found this jumpsuit a few weeks ago at Everything But Water and had to get it because it's super comfortable and even has pockets ( major plus ) !!

It can be wore as a swimsuit cover up or it can be worn alone as an outfit that's perfect for lunch or dinner. Plus, it can easily be dressed up with a pair of wedges.

I paired it with black fuzzy slides, which you might remember me talking about in my latest swimwear post, giving it a more relaxed vibe.
