Go-to Smoothie

I am a drink person. Coffee, lemon water, green tea, fruit juice, etc. I want it all and I would like it at the same time.


I love feeling like I am getting in all my nutrients and helping my body. Fueling it with lots of good ingredients. That's why smoothies are PERFECT. I blend together tons of beneficial ingredients and it tastes delicious. It is important to fuel your body not just feed it. So I put together one of my favorite smoothie recipes that I make all the time. It's quick and easy.


ps. I am a huge fan of fresh, not frozen ingredients. 





+ Banana


+ Spinach


+ Raspberries


+ Blackberries


+ Carrots


+ Lemon juice


+ Chia Seeds


+ Cacao nibs


+ Goji berries


The health benefits in this smoothie are INSANE. 


Raspberries, blackberries and strawberries are full of antioxidants and B17 which is incredible for your immune system.




With spinach, the more you add the greener your smoothie will be but it won't ruin the flavor. You can reward yourself with all of the health benefits of spinach without being able to taste it. I love to add a lot. 


Carrots.. vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K and so much more. 


Bananas contain potassium and help aid digestion.




Packaged foods I keep on my shelf:


+ Cacao nibs


+ Chia seeds


+ Goji berries 




ADD lemon juice because lemons are high in vitamin C and B-complex vitamins.




I use a single serve blender from Hamilton Beach, this blender is perfect. I just throw all my ingredients in, blend it up, pop it off and add a straw. Simple as that.
